In reply to Rose. Brown Thomas often mirrors Harrods and Fenwick over here, Harrods bonus I think is coming up end of the month. I usually do a haul once a year and travel to Harrods especially as the bonus gifts are a lot bigger than those given out Boots, John Lewis etc.

My granddaughter is 11 years old and getting very interested in makeup having been a devotee of Clinique for years I want her to take care of her skin. I wondered if you ever do promotions with suitable products. Her birthday is in December so I am trying to plan ahead.

Travelled round trip of 50 miles on 8th July to House of Fraser Metrocentre only to be told tgat bonus time doesn’t start until 9th July. Your info doesn’t say that bonus time is not available in all House of Fraser stores. Misleading and promoting travel ti stores when not necessary. Disappointed 😥

Unfortunately very disappointed with Clinique for the false advertising on the bonus time at House of Fraser, as travel especially even when nervous about shopping during the covid times but wanted to support Clinique and the shops, traveled a total 5o miles there and back only to find there was no such offer.
