I received my free gift and it was supposed to come with the flat make up brush. It was missing. Contacted Macy and they sent me a new free gift. This one also is missing the flat make up brush that is supposed to be included in this free gift. Where is the make up brush? Is this something that can be mailed to me?

I went to the Macy’s at Tyrone Square Mall and wanted to purchase some “Happy” at the Clinique counter. The girl behind the counter was rude and condescending towards me. She never stopped unpacking the products she was shelving to even lookup and acknowledge me. I do not deserve to be treated so disrespectfully. My money is as good as the next persons. As an FYI to her, I may not look like I have money, but I spend TONS on my fragrances and makeup products. You can rest assured; I will not be purchasing Clinique ever again!!!

I received the above promo/brochure as VIP and supposed to be entitled to get those Clinique free gift items with purchase six days earlier than other customers (Oct 1-6) but to my dismay ALL those Clinique gift items’ Web IDs (11334080, 11334082, 11334087) cannot be found on Macy’s.com. So I can’t help to think it to be a deceitful promo and a very disappointing treatment for who you called “VIP”. Macy’s, pls explain.
